Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
- 2-Day Shipping
- Overnight Shipping
Please note: Shipping timeframes begin AFTER order processing is complete.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Lavish Line LLC is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Carrier issues
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day)
Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Overnight shipping applies to business days only (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
All overnight shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order
Returns for Store Credit Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs when sending items back for store credit.
