Refund Policy
At Lavish Line LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. However, we do offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for eligible returns.
Store Credit Policy
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request store credit.
To be eligible for store credit:
- Hair must be unused, unworn, unaltered
- Must remain in original packaging with tags intact
- No cutting, coloring, installing, or tampering with bundles or extensions
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request Store Credit
To initiate a request, please contact us at: thelavishlinellc@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of hair products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or worn hair
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Custom or special orders
Policy Violations & Conduct
We value professionalism and expect the same from our customers. Any customer who initiates public complaints, false claims, or defamatory statements on social media or other platforms before contacting us directly will:
- Void eligibility for any store credit or resolution
- Be permanently banned from shopping with Lavish Line LLC
- We encourage all customers to contact us directly so we can properly resolve any concerns.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Lavish Line LLC, you agree to all store policies. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will be considered a violation of our terms.
Lavish Line LLC reserves the right to:
- Submit all order confirmations, communications, and policies to your financial institution
- Dispute all claims to the fullest extent
- Pursue legal action if necessary for fraudulent activity, including recovery of funds, fees, and damages
Final Notice
To maintain hygiene and product quality, all sales are final.
